| This is a port of the GNU Privacy Guard ("GnuPG" or "gpg") version 1.2.3 to OS/2.
Quoting from the GnuPG README: "GnuPG is GNU's tool for secure communication and data storage. It can be used to encrypt data and to create digital signatures.
