Soweit mir bekannt ist gibt es keinen Treiber der RAID direkt unterstützt aber einen irtuellen RAID-0/1 Treiber : http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/system/drivers/storage/vraid23.zip

Of course, you may run these chips in non-RAID BIOS setups (i.e. JBOD).
