Follow these steps for applying the log module.
1) Unzip 89466.zip file into a temporary directory (c:temp).
If prompted for password: type 89466
2) Run the self extracting file os2en46s.exe so as to extract all the files into
this directory
3) Run install.exe in (c:temp) and select the installation option
"Delete the installed product and re-install"
and delete the previous version of Netscape.
4) Reboot the system
5) Run install.exe in (c:temp) and install the provided version of netscape.
6) Reboot the system.
7) set trapdump=on
trapdump=dumpdrive.(dumpdrive has to be a formatted fat partition with size greater
than that of size of RAM)
8) Open Netscape and recreate the problem.
The system dumps when it traps.
9) Send us the log file 89466.log in c:netscapeprogram directory. Also send us
the dump.
