| Hat schon mal jemand versucht die Tastenbelegung in OS/2 (Warp4) zu aendern?
Ich moechte gerne in meinem US Warp4 die Umlaute auf geschickte Tasten legen, um doch gelegentlich diese direkt zur Verfuegung zu haben. Thanks fuer jeden Pointer [ Leser: 88 ] |

| Du kannst den Editor von
http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Vista/7567/software/english/layer.html nehmen, der wirkt sich allerdings nur auf Textmode-Sessions aus und nicht PM/WPS. Ich habe das Teil benutzt, um mir den Euro auch im Textmodus zugänglich zu machen, das hat IBM nämlich vergessen. |

| Nach Angaben des Autors ist diese Layer nur für verschiede Länder wie Arabien, Griechenland, Russland usw. zu verwenden. Was hst du definiert, damit er auch unter einer deutschen und/oder englischen Tastatur läuft? |

| Ich kann im Textmodus das Eurozeichen mit der rechte ALT-Taste und "E" hinkriegen ! |

| Kontrolliere doch mal die Codepage Einstellung. Gemäss Literatur (Readme.1st zu Fixpack 12)
sollte der Euro überall (ausser WinOS2) unterstützt sein, jedoch nur für die CP850: The euro is not in the 437 (US English) or 863 (Canadian French) codepages. You must use codepage 850 to get the euro. The euro is not on the US keyboard. You can use the US International (ux) keyboard instead. 6.5.1 BASE OS/2 SUPPORT The OS/2 basic support for Euro consists of adding the euro character to fonts, codepages, and keyboards. The euro is added to all display and ATM fonts and to the Times New Roman MT 30 TrueType font which is available with Java 1.1. The euro is added to all western European keyboards and the US International keyboard. The euro can be used in base OS/2, Presentation Manager, and in DOS. The euro is not supported in WinOS2. The euro character is added to these OS/2 base and PM codepages: 850 0xD5 PC Latin 1 base + PM 857 0xD5 PC Turkish base + PM 1004 0x80 Windows Extended base + PM 1250 0x80 Windows Latin 2 PM 1251 0x88 Windows Cyrillic PM 1252 0x80 Windows Latin 1 PM 1254 0x80 Windows Turkish PM 1257 0x80 Windows Baltic PM The euro character is added to these fonts. | sieh dir mal http://www.leo.org/pub/comp/os/os2/leo/systools/kbdredef.zip an. Das Tool ist zwar schon etwas älter, funktioniert aber nach ersten Tests auch in Warp 4 FP12. |
