The book is in PDF file format. The 241 pages contain over 600 sample SQL statements. The book is much the same as the V6.1 edition. I have checked all of my SQL, and added a few items, noticeably a chapter on the cute new OLAP functions DB2 UDB V7 SQL Cookbook, 1st 20 pages (59K) Download this PDF file if you are not sure if you want to get the whole Cookbook. It contains the Introduction, Table of Contents, and a few pages of text. DB2 UDB V7 SQL Examples (349K) This HTML file has the complete text of the SQL statements used in the above document. The 227 pages contain over 550 sample SQL statements. The book is much the same as the V5.2 edition. I have checked all of my SQL and updated a few minor things. I've also added a brief new chapter on DB2 Dislikes , so people will know about some of the more annoying problems in DB2 without having to find them the hard way. The file is quite a bit bigger that the V5.2 file simply because my new version of Adobe Acrobat made it thus. I've tried a dozen tricks to get the file size down, without success. [ Leser: 72 ] |
