USB Drivers - Source Code (from Martin Iturbide)
Leonardo Pino had told me that the Source Code for the OS/2 USB Drivers is available.
Input/Output and Storage devices
All Input/Output and Storage devices drivers have been updated to current level. Added sources for USB-Ethernet, USB-Print, USB-MSD, IBMATAPI.FLT. Be sure to download the following files that can be found under Input/Output Device Drivers and Test Tools and Storage Device Drivers and Test Tools.

JJSCDROM.DMD updated (from Klaus Staedtler)
Takayuki 'January June' Suwa has updated JJSCDROM.DMD so it can be used together with UDF.IFS and CD-RW Writers. Hopefully some more writers will work than with the original os2cdrom.dmd. Here a small part of the readme (part History).

  4. Included lxLite'd version.

SciTech Display Doctor for OS/2 - BETA 42 (from Kendall Bennett)
This is the latest Scitech SDD/2 GRADD graphic driver package (beta).
All changed are now tracked on the web. Public changes are tracked at http://www.scitechsoft.com/sdd2_changes.txt. List of all supported chips: This is a complete list of the various graphics chipsets that have been certified to work correctly with this version of SciTech Display Doctor. Please note that this list refers to the actual chips being used, not a board-level implementation. Thus you will not see any products from Hercules or STB on the list, but their products are supported because they use S3, Cirrus, Tseng, etc. chips. Also, any card with less than 512KB of memory cannot be supported by SciTech Display Doctor.
Note: Please check the separate list of supported laptop chipsets for more information if you are using this product on a laptop. All laptop chipsets are still listed here as many laptop chipset can also be used in regular PCI/AGP boards.

Updated USB Diskette Driver (from Klaus Staedtler)
IBM has updated the USB Bootable Diskette Driver. For accessing you need a Software Choice subscription.

Crystal PCI Soundcard driver for CS4614, CS4624,CS 4280 Rel. 3.10 (from Klaus Staedtler)
IBM has updated the Driver for the Crystal CS4616, CS4624 and CS4280 based Soundcards to Version 3.10. The driver is intended for IBM Thinkpads but might work with other Soundcards, too.

COM.SYS Update for PCI Interrupt Sharing (from Klaus Staedtler)

Amouse 2.0 beta (from M. Dodel)
Amouse contains a free device driver as well as a application code to support mice with a wheel, e. g.:

  • Logitech Pilot Mouse+ with serial or PS/2-port

  • Logitech Mouse Man+

  • Microsoft Intellimouse

  • IBM Scrollpoint mouse

The behaviour of the wheel may be controlled by an addition to the mouse settings panel in the system settings folder or by a separate configuration program for the wheel.
Amouse is available in German and English
