Fresh Choice has plenty of room, it’s quiet and they have WiFi. There is a light rail station near the meeting location.

The soon-to-be-released eCS 2.0 is the main topic of discussion.

The Warpstock Europe 2010 Event Team has published the presentation timetable for Warpstock Europe 2010. The timetable contains two parallel tracks filled with interesting presentations.

The event will start on Friday, 14th 12:00am with two presentations. The official Opening Event will be on 13:45 with a welcome to the visitors, speakers and exhibitors. In a short keynote the visitors will be put into this year\’s motto. The event will officially finish on Sunday, 16 1:30pm with the Closing Event. But there will still be two presentations afterwards.

Visitors will get first hand information from Mensys about eComStation 2.x and an outlook on the next update cyle on Friday and Saturday.

Warpstock Europe 2010 has a novelty: The Meet and Greet session on Saturday. Visitors will get a dedicated time for networking, problem solving, talking to the developers, and last but not least visiting the exhibition.

There are still approximately three weeks left to get tickets for Warpstock Europe 2010 at Early Bird rates. Visitors can save up to 20 percent compared to the regular prices.

Visitors should also remember to book their accomodation as soon as possible. Because of the public holiday on May 13th even more tourists will be searching for a hotel in Trier. The Warpstock Europe event team has made block bookings at the Golden Tulip, which is directly located next to the ERA Congress Centre. This reservation will expire on April 15th and will not be renewed, as the organizers do not want to bear the financial risk of paying for rooms which have not been allocated. Rooms from the contingent can be accessed using booking code WSE2010.

This year’s social event will be a wine tasting at the wine estate “Weingut Deutschherrenhof” in Trier-Olewig. Registration for the tasting can be done via the Warpstock Europe web site, following the Social Program link. The tasting will include a selection of six wines during which participants can enjoy a dinner at the estate’s renown restaurant.
