The tenth Warpstock Europe conference will be held at the Hotel Rügenblick in Stralsund, Germany from November 13 to 15. Warpstock is an annual conference for the OS/2 and eComStation operating systems and related technology. SCOUG meeting for Saturday, October 17th (from http://news.warpevents.eu/)

We are going to try again. Those of you who at the September meeting now know that Virtualbox does not appear to play nice with PC-BSD. This month, Greg is is going to show us how to run eCS on Virtualbox with a host OS, other than PC-BSD.

We ran out of time last month, so Steven is going continue with our experiment to move an existing eCS/OS2 installation to a different boot volume without reinstalling eCS/OS2 or the applications.

After this, it’s going to yet another Q&A session. Bring your questions.

As almost always, there will be coffee and donuts.
