Right after the ease of the U.S. export restrictions there is a 128bit-SSL capable version of Netscape Communicator - but only for Windows. OS/2 user still need the Fortify tool to extend their encryption to 128bit also.
Info: The existing 128bit - SSL version of Netscape Communicator is only available for US and Canada residents !
