Compart, makers of Impos/2, have indicated that they are willing to consider the development and release of an upgraded version of their laudable image editing software Impos/2. However, in order to make this a realistic business case, at least one thousand updates at ca USD 50 (DM 100) will be required as pre-orders.
Just in case you have not come across Impos/2 before, you may download a demo version from here.
At this early stage it is obviously impossible to outline possible features of such an update; hence this questionnaire is only to find out if there would be sufficient interest in the first place. There is an advantage with this procedure, though: You may enter, via the commentary section below, proposals for new features in Impos/2 that you consider important or indispensible.
Once we reach the the required number of ballots in favor of an update, OS2.org will pass on the those numbers together with your suggestions to Compart and ask Compart for an elaborate formal upgrade offer for users of Impos/2.
Compart will then inform you directly about this offer and on how to actually order the upgrade at the email address that you provided in the form below. OS2.org will also keep you updated on its news pages.
