I have a late 1990's development system with Warp 3 and Fixpak 17 at least. I have not run the system for 5 years and decided to give it a try. I have tcp/ip running and have been trying to Logon to Peer services.
I know a user ID but the password I thought I new is not accepted. The system complains that no Domain Controller can be found. I thought I had turned off DC control of the network connections. Maybe not.
My goal is to get simple Peer level sharing working without using a DC. How can I clear the passwords and is that the real problem?
