The driver is developed by Nobuyuki Yanagihara that supports gigabit cards with the RealTek 8169 chipset. | Fetaures of this tools:
- scan NTFS clasters - copy files from/to NTFS volume - move/delete files accross NTFS volume - clone NTFS volume - undelete files on NTFS volume - create/format NTFS volume in existing disk partiton - compare NTFS volumes, etc Requirements: ECS (any version), OS/2 ACP/MCP, ACP2/MCP2, OS/2 4.0 Merlin with fix 13 or later. Due to luck of some important futures, OS/2 Warp 3.0 is not supported and will never start. Limitations: 1. Access via drive letter doesn\'t supported. Virtualized partion names used instead (for example /dev/hda3 - disk 1 primary partiton 3). Direct access to NTFS volume via drive letter will be possible only when NTFS.IFS driver installed. Otherwise NTFS FS unhandled by OS/2 and fall down to FAT.IFS builtin into OS/2 kernel. This limits drive direct access to first 2Gb, which case is not, what we wish. 2. Only primary NTFS partitons support ATM. This will be changed in next builds. 3. Multi-partition and multi-disk NTFS volumes are not supported. 4. Maximum NTFS volume size is limited now to OS/2 maximum partion size (near 2Tb), while teh util itself is capable to support huge NTFS volumes. 5. This tools doesn\'t include sharing multiprocessing protection mechanisms yet, so DON\'T fulfill several operation simultaniously: for example copying files from NTFS volume and delete files on the same NTFS volume. In best case NTFS volume become unstable, or you may loose all data on the whole NTFS volume in worse case. 6. Be carefull with external USB hdd drives. Access to detached disk may cause a system trap in LVM. 7. Current build is limited to read only access mode. If you wish to test write to NTFS volume, please let me know. | IBM APAR PJ30964 - Correction to UDF.IFS (von warpspace) |
| UDF.IFS stores incorrect (divided by 2 from original) seconds value. As a result replace.exe utility sed with /u parameter will overwrite files that already has been copied to UDF media due to time stamp difference.

Fixed non-recognition problem of USB removable drive change. Fixed \"free space\" problem. Fixed some minor warnings such as \"non used variable\" on compilation. Fixed the problem that CACHEF32 cannot call \"chkdsk.com\" if a different drive is not a boot drive. Known Problem: Somtimes the pending flush state of a few sectors is not cleared. You can see this by report of CACHEF32. Even though any dirty sector is not there, pending sector exist. However, this has no effect on the functionality of IFS. | Changes:
- Video digitizer / broadcast decoder is now powered down when card not in use. Note, that for cards equipped with CX23416 (iTVC16) idle power consuption and the associated heat generation can be reduced further by adding /P to the driver command line in CONGIG.SYS. This, however, will increase the startup time of the application. - Driver now supports raw PCM audio capture (even though currently not used by the application). - New driver option /F will cause a silent fail (no stop in CONFIG.SYS processing) when no card is found. - MPEG decoder now paused during channel change. This may improve channel change behaviour especially on PVR150/500 and MPG600 cards. - Support for tuner Samsung TCPN2121P30A and some models by TCL Corporation. - Transparent parts of GIF logos are now shown as white - Removed open/close \"zoom\" effect on application windows to avoid interaction with system sounds. - Double click on snapshot preview will open the system- defined picture viewer. - Bugfix: Avoid occasional bursts of static after channel change (PVR150/500 only). - Bugfix: Sound volume preserved after sample rate change within a file or errors in audio stream. - Bugfix: Audio sample rate adaption not working in FM mode.
