How to use? Copy all the files of the distribution into the paths, that are mentioned in the documentation. Afterwars all you need is to start the windows program with "PE ".
Now the program may start. If not, then Odin is not able to run that program yet, and you have to wait for the next release.

Please read and refer to the documentation which is provided as a textfile from the Odin distribution.
